By "retweet" you are spreading the news

Somebody's tweet can news when it has informs to public and they need it to know and it doesnt mean that every tweet is news. Some people send post on their tweeter related to their personal problem, their feeling , what they did , do , doing and done.So we are not suppose to spread that tweet becase its not the news or issue.
Nowdays , some people are strange to discuss their local issus even in case of conflic of Etnic .They worry about their security to be hurted by anybody else which can threat them.
Hei , come on guys, we have sosial media now , whereby you spend some hours only on it.Why dont we use it as media to discuss and sharing about what happen now with our West Borneo?
