Living in a City

As living in a city would make people life be better, more and more people move to the city . Even It is not small number  of people coming from  either distric or village  to make up their mind for moving to the city .Thus,as far as I am concerned, an urban planner should accommodate what expectation of a city in making life of people become more ideal by living in the city.

People have various number of reasons while deciding to live in a city. The main reasons  can be broken down at least into two, they are job opportunity and infrastructure. First, city has wide range of job opportunity. People are easier to find job since city has various kind of jobs which demand more worker coming from different area field of work such as economy, trade, and health.There are plenty private and public companies which are still seeking for workers.

The second reason is city has good infratructures providing people by complex facilities and accessibilies.The infratructures are well developed in many aspects particularly , in education, health, transportation, and communication. Hence, people are facilitated to do various kind of  activities easily and effectively.

They may find good facilities in city that they would not get in other places beside the city,village, for instance. Furthermore, people may enjoy many enterainment in the city which make them feel comfort for living in the city.In term of education, city has many schools, colleges, and universities.Therefore, not less number of people opt to live in the city to get better education.Morever, in entartainment, city has multiple choices of spots which can give entertainment for people,cinema and department store, for example.

People also can get better access in city. They may find better transportaion and communication services in the city and they will get easier to do dynamic life.They can build netwroking by doing intensive communication via telecomunication and internet for instance.People also  to move from one place to other places because city provide better road and various kind of public transportation.People also can build netwroking easily as city has good communication services,internet, for instance.

Considering those reasons, an urban planner has to help people to meet their expectation by living in the city. Ideal city is eco-friendly city. By having many developed infratructure , city are demended to be free by polution as well.Many big cities encounter by air polution.An urban planner should design city by good pattern of house, good sanitation, and the urban planner should design city by keeping green environment.

In conclusion, city has weel developed intfratructure which may facilitate and give accessibility for people to do many kind of activities even productive activies.Thus, city has to be well developed and designed based on what people expect from living in a city.

Innate Talent

Despite not all human being born by particular talent, it does not mean that they are not able to gain it . Since they grow up, they have capability to acquire the talent.I personaly would agrue that either natural talent or leaned talent could bring a man to be a good mucisian or sport person because they would have same quality of their skill performance as long as they keep their strong pasion and interest on those things.

Innate talent naturally come from genetic factor, parents, for instance. They might give the talent since the human are inside of mother. Futhermore, it is rather more sophisticated as the innate talent might also emerge from inside the person itself. People who have this kind of talent would have huge opportunity to be professional in certain skills since they already have the natural basic to develop the skill.To ilustruate, a little daughter of pianist woman is an outstanding pianist.She develops and explores her natural ability so that she can be the same as her mother, even more.

On the other hand, people who born by having no natural talent should develop their skill more extra than people who born by innate talent. It is due to the fact that they need to dig-up the talent into the surface of their soul which surely be used as a basic to develop and extend the talent that they want to gain.The way to get the talent is by learning and practising.By having sufficient skill learned it is not impossible that the people can be good in certain skill,either  in music or in sport.

To sum up,  both people who gain the talent by innate and by learning are possible to be a pressional in certain skill.

How Children Saved the  River

Funan River , located in Southwest of China, was dirty and polluted river  in 80’s since the water was contaminated by waste dispossals that came from domestic, manufacturers  and hospitals.The waste directly dumped from the edge of the river.However, 30 years before 1980s , Funan river was a clean and clear river due to the fact that the water inhibitant , fish, for instance, could live and be seen from the edge of the river.Precisely, people also could use the water for sanitation.

Revitalizaton for Funan River had been taken into action in overcoming this issue in 1992. It was initially addressed by students from a primary school. They were not direcly overcame it themselves, instead ,they begged to their major in order to make a policy to the citizen to halt discharnging garbage into the river.Fortunatly, they got possitive response from both the major by hand-written reply letter and local media by publishing the letters.As a result, vas majority of people in China inspire to love and care the river.Furthermore, revitalization of funan river was also supported by journalist from one of news agency, Xiong Xiaoli, who also inspired by the children to pay attention to ther river.He sent his report to  central goverenment based on this study towards the river which gave evidence that the river was polluted and caused disease.

            Taking everything into consideration, finally, China made  several regulation in order to return Funan river as it was in 80s and develop the edge of the riven become an  asthonised site.Considerable policies were performed at that time by closing  a number of manufacturers which polluted the river and not fewer manufactures were required to advance their techology to handle waste disposal.Moreover, some of manufactueres was oredered to move to suburb and the poor and dirty buidling that had been settle down on the edge of the river were wiped out and replacing by grass land and a monument is placed on it to alert people to keep protect environment especially near the river.

            Not only returning back the river as it was, China aslo developed this river into sophisticated place  which gives benefits for the citizen .The civilization near Funan rivers also get water supply from this river.Without living the first pioner of this revolution,Longjianju Primary school keep encouraging the students to take care of the river.

            In a nutshell, Funan river emerge as it was and even well developed ,thus, it bring advantages , especially for people surrounding.This is because the massive awarness from children who inspired China in revitalization.

Public are worrying of internet privacy control, recently.

Disrubtive Student

Disruptive school students ahve a negative influence on others. Students who are noisy and disobdient should be grouped together and taught separately.

Generally , students who make problem fruequently in the classrrom by such high pitch through shooting and laughing at the other friends, actually they are just need more care and encouragement from other friends and the teacher.Thus, I do not agree if school should descriminate their students by divinding them into two polars. It would make the disrubtive students become worst.

When the school combine disruptive students into a group, they will feel underestimated and undervalued. They would be desperated because they are threated differently with other good students.This situation would lead them to be over acts and the group would be full of voice makers and disobedient students.

Furthermore, the teacher would face difficulty in controling the group because the disruptive students have united.It is imposible for a teacher teach in the classroom where all the students are disruptive students.The teacher would get trouble in teaching the material and it would influence students achievement. To ilustruate, about 20 disruptive students shooting and disturbing each other while the teacher explaining, this would make the teacher underpreassure of controling the class.

The worst thing is that the students would loss their inspiring friends who could motivate them to be good students too.If the students do not be grouped they will imitate the other good students because they would adjust their attitude as general student act in the class.

Overall, school should not threat the students differently by dividing them into bad group and good group students.It would make the students being more disruptive and this would make the techers encountered by harder problem in teaching. As a result, the teacher could not teach efficiently and affect to students achievement.The solution is keeping the students homogenous and give more care and encouragemnt for disrupive students.

Under British and Australian laws a jury in a criminal case has no access to information about defendant’s past criminal record.This protects  the person who is being accessed.

Some lawyers have suggested that this practice should be changed and the jury should be given all the past facts before they reach their decision about the case.

Nowadays , due to the legalisation of UK and Australia for their inhibitants, the jury of criminal case cannot  trace the detail criminal track record  that have been performed by their offenders.Therefore, some barrister reckon to change this regulation since it would be an obstacle for them to deal with the case. It is absolutely true , I think, since by getting access to the offenders past criminal record, both jury and barrister would  make right decision in the court.

 By having track record to the offenders, the juries will have massive information which can assist them in making  wise decision. It seems to me that the detail which is obtained from

offender’s crime record elaborates how one crime connect to other crimes.It would be a powerful base for the jury in deciding the punishment. To illusturate,killer then move to other country, commit the same thing, would be punished as long as a person who kill one person instead of senior killer since the proofs and witness are limited.As a result, the jury fail to keep the justice in making decision.

The other reason to get access to offender’s conviction tract record is order to  prevent the precence of cheat in court. What I am trying to say is that it is highy not impossible for the  solicitors to  protect their clients even if  they know the clients commit the guilt the since the proof and witness are limited ,pricesly they are much more easily play with case. I never experienced with this matter, however, I ever watched a film about chain killer.The killer is a rich person and he hire the best lawyer in the city to protect him by providing artificial facts.Then the lawyer succeeded in ensuring the jury to prove their client don’t guilt for the case.

In a not shell, in order to keep the justice ,  offenders’ conviction track record should be well accessed by both jury and lawyer in order to keep the justice.Therefore, they can minimalize the number of people commiting crime.

Menjadi Guru

Mungkin sebagian orang beranggapan berprofesi sebagai seorang guru itulah adalah kesekian pilihan dari beberapa pilihan yang ada.Kadang berprofesi sebagai seorang guru itu hanya dipandang sebelah mata bagi sekelompok orang. Image kampungan , katro , out of dated dan culun itu sudah menjadi sarapan pagi yang dijejal oleh guru itu sendiri.
Apalagi yang namanya guru SD, mereka biasa nya direndahkan , bahkan oleh orang tua murid yang mereka ajar sendiri.Misalnya , ada yang menyuap guru SD dengan mengisikan pulsa , memberi uang saku. Memalukan....
Namun , kita tak hanya bisa memandang guru hanya dari sudut pandang liberalis , tapi kita dapat melihat secara rasionalis .Guru itu pahlawan tanda jasa , ingat kan ? . Belum tentu orang lain bisa menjadi guru , apalagi yang namanya guru SD.Kesabaran mereka itu sudah benar -benar ditempa.Eh jangan salah ada juga guru yang menganiaya murid nya. Itu sih lain lagi ceritanya . Itu dikategorikan dalam penyimpangan.
Nah , bagi kalian yang bercita-cita ingin menjadi seorang guru mungkin pandangan dan isu mengenai Guru SD diatas bisa menjadi acuan.
Guru adalah orang yang bertugas mengajar dan memberikan ilmu yang mereka miliki kepada muridnya. Itu pengertian guru secara umum. Secara khususnya , guru adalah orang yang mengajar didalam kelas. Namun tugas guru didalam kelas tidak hanya mengajar. Mengajar adalah tugas pokok dari seorang guru. Jika ingin menjadi seorang guru kita harus mampu meyakinkan diri bahwa kita adalah fasilitator , motivator, dan educator bagi siswa-siswa yang kita ajar. Karena tugas seorang guru tidak hanya mengajar melainkan guru bertugas memainkan beberapa perannya dididalam dan diluar kelas untuk mendukung keprofesionalismean dari seorang guru itu sendiri.
